Dr. Rossi comes to the Roxbury School District with a wealth of experience in Education.  He holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Seton Hall University, a Master of Arts in Social Science from Montclair State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Tufts University.  more

Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction

Dr. James Heinegg has been hired as the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction for the Roxbury School District.  Dr. Heinegg joins Roxbury from Saddle Brook Public Schools, where he served as Supervisor of Curriculum & Instruction/Director of Testing since 2001.  more

Director of Personnel & Human Resources

Dr. Greg McGann joins Roxbury as Director of Human Resources/Personnel.  Dr. McGann has served as the Principal of Irwin Elementary School in East Brunswick, NJ, since 2004.  He holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Furman University.  more
