INCLEMENT WEATHER INFORMATION
We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of some of the procedures the Roxbury Township School District will follow in order to be prepared for inclement weather.
There will be times that school will be closed all day for the safety of our students and staff. At other times, we may have a delayed opening of 90 minutes to provide a four hour instructional day and still maintain the lunch schedule. Therefore, we are providing the following information so you may make the necessary adjustment to your schedule.
Following are the opening times for all grade 1-12 students for a 90 minute delay.
| SCHOOL | REGULAR TIME | 90 MINUTE DELAY |
| Roxbury High School | 7:27 AM | 8:57 AM |
| Eisenhower Middle School | 8:09 AM | 9:39 AM |
| Lincoln/Roosevelt School | 8:47 AM | 10:17 AM |
| Franklin School | 8:47 AM | 10:17 AM |
| Jefferson School | 9:12 AM | 10:42 AM |
| Kennedy School | 9:12 AM | 10:42 AM |
| Nixon School | 9:12 AM | 10:42 AM |
On days where it is necessary to have a delayed opening, only PM Kindergarten students will attend school. They will start at their normal time (see below). AM Kindergarten students will not attend school on a delayed opening day. Any imbalance in the number of days attended by the AM Kindergarten students will be adjusted during the course of the school year. On each delayed opening, AM and PM Kindergarten parents will be notified by the school calling chain.
| SCHOOL | START TIME | END TIME |
| Franklin School | 12:22 PM | 2:56 PM |
| Jefferson School | 12:47 PM | 3:22 PM |
| Kennedy School | 12:47 PM | 3:22 PM |
