The Roxbury School District is pleased to announce the first phase of a new initiative, Operation Less Paper.  Through this initiative, parents/guardians, community members and staff will have the convenience of accessing district forms on line.

Operation Less Paper has been initiated to offer users the convenience of accessing district forms, such as Student and Transportation Registration forms, Student Internet and Network Permission form, Media Usage form and TREE Trip brochure via the Internet.  This initiative also allows users to thoroughly read pertinent forms, prior to signing and submitting them.

As the Roxbury School District continues to utilize technology to better enable all users, the district offers the following steps, so that forms can be easily accessed and processed:

1.   Users must have Adobe Reader preinstalled on their computers, in order to download district forms.  Please click on the following link for the Adobe Acrobat plug-in 

2.   Print out forms, which are needed.

3.   Read forms thoroughly.

4.   Fill the forms out accordingly.

5.   Sign the forms in blue ink.  By signing in blue ink, the school district is ensured that the original document is being submitted.

6.   Bring the signed documents to the appropriate location. 

While the forms can be accessed via on line, the forms may not be processed as “soft copies” – copies submitted electronically by email.  A hard copy of the form must be submitted in-person at the respective school.
