The Jefferson School community is in the midst of their Family Education program. This hand-on activity program serves over 150 children and their parents/guardians. The focus for these activities depends upon the grade level: Kindergarten – Language Arts, First Grade – Fine Arts, Second Grade – Math, Third Grade – Science and Fourth Grade – Technology. This five-week program, which is partially funded by the Jefferson School Parent Teacher Organization, is organized through the efforts of Mrs. Ghilain, Mrs. Ray, Mrs. Downs, Mrs. LaDuke, Mrs. Hayowyk, Mrs. Green, Mrs. Eberding, Mrs. DeGregorio, Mrs. Doran and Mrs. Byank, all teachers of Jefferson School.
