The Roxbury Public Schools will be holding Kindergarten Registration according
to the following schedule. Parents/Guardians should call the school, where their
child will be attending in September, for a registration appointment. In order
to expedite the registration process, registration
packets may be obtained in the schools prior to the scheduled appointment.
Documentation which parents should be bring to their registration appointment include:

Original birth certificate
ü
Four proofs of residency
ü
Immunization records
A
physical examine is required for all students entering K. The physical exam must take place between September 1, 2003
and August 31, 2004. Documentation
of the physical must be provided prior to the child starting school.
