During the week of May 24, 2004 Boston Brass held residency
at Roxbury High School.
When reflecting upon this residency, Andrew Hitz, tuba player for Boston Brass, stated: “After returning from Taiwan we had a wonderful residency in Roxbury Township in New Jersey. They have an amazing program there led by their directors Darryl Bott and Rich Hartsuiker. The energy and enthusiasm that there two brought to the program was contagious and was reflected in all of the students. We don't ever remember a group of students having so much fun and learning so much in such a short period of time. Keep up the good work in Roxbury Township!” (Source: www.bostonbrass.com - What’s New- July 15, 2004)
