The sixth graders of Team R at Lincoln/Roosevelt School have dedicated the first section of their “Literature Lane.”
“Literature Lane” is a sidewalk made up of mosaic stepping-stones. This year’s twenty-two stones were made in Literature Circle groups and depict the theme of a novel, which was read by the individual Literature Circles. Additional stones will be made and added each year by Team R.
The “Literature Lane” has been made possible through a grant from the Roxbury Foundation for Educational Excellence.
