For the sixth consecutive year, the Eisenhower Middle School Student Council, along with the Roxbury Recreation Department, participated in the Morris County Challenger Baseball Series, a league that dedicates time and efforts to allowing Children of Special Needs to participate in a sports program. The event took place at Horseshoe Lake on Saturday, May 7, 2005. Seventy-five students from Eisenhower "buddied" up with the partners in and enjoyable afternoon.
