LOOK HOW WE’VE GROWN!

"Look How We've Grown!" was the title and theme of Franklin School Kindergarten's musical play.  This year’s play described the growth demonstrated by the students during this school year.

Mrs. Lisa Viggiano's and Mr. Robert Messano's classes had met for weekly music lessons to prepare for the play. The play opened with a Powerpoint presentation set to music sung by the children. The Powerpoint featured pictures from "then and now", highlighting baby pictures generously provided by the parents, as well as current shots of classroom activities and field trips.

Students performed songs and actions to favorite tunes including: Giant Steps, Let's Make a Pancake, Johnny Appleseed, We're in a Spaceship, The Great Outdoors, and Captain Coconut. The original songs were composed by Mr. Messano, a recording artist of children's music. The program was well received by the appreciative audience of parents, grandparents, Franklin School students, and teachers.
