ROXBURY KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

The Roxbury Public Schools will be holding Kindergarten Registration according to the following schedule. Parents/Guardians should call the school, where their child will be attending in September, for a registration appointment. In order to expedite the registration process, registration packets may be obtained in the schools prior to the scheduled appointment or from http://www.roxbury.org/forms/parent_guardian/parent_guardian.htm. 
 

Documentation which parents should bring to their registration appointment include:

ü      Original birth certificate

ü      Four proofs of residency

ü      Immunization records
 

A physical examination is required for all students entering kindergarten.  The physical examination must take place between September 1, 2005 and August 31, 2006.  Documentation of the physical must be provided prior to the child starting school.
