On Saturday,
November 22, 2003 there was an Art Department field trip to Pratt Institute for
the National Portfolio Review Day.
Eighteen juniors
and seniors whom are Art Major students attended the review.
Over 70 art schools and universities were represented.
Students had their portfolios critiqued by their chosen schools.
Many of the
students were accepted on the spot into the art programs.
Brian Frish and Miguel Cruz were accepted into Pratt Institute, Jamie
Quinn into Hartford Art School, Alana Hoffman into School of Visual Arts, Emily
Grauer into The Fashion Institute of Technology, Kristie Ruggiero into The Art
Insititute of Boston, Ryann Harris into Memphis College of Art and Ryan Jouas
into Syracuse University.
