Jaclyn Golda, Roxbury High School Junior, has been presented with the Columbia University Book Award.
Jaclyn’s receipt of this award is in recognition of her outstanding academic achievement, personal character, extra-curricular contribution to the school and her accomplishment in and dedication to a field of personal interest.
The book, which was presented to Jaclyn by Dr. Robert Siroty – Columbia University Professor and member of the Columbia University Club of Northern New Jersey Executive Board, was entitled, From Dawn to Decadence: 500 Years of Western Cultural Life – 1500 to Present, by Jacques Barzun.
