You may not be able to get into Naviance as a “Guest” because your software is set to "block cookies." 

To change the setting:   in Internet Explorer click on "Tools," "Internet Options," choose "Privacy," and slide setting to somewhere around "Medium."  Click OK.  If you want to "block cookies," changing the setting before and after each use is easy.
