You must have the latest citrix client installed on your computer in order to use the published applications.
To install the latest MetaFrame Presentation Server Client (ActiveX) for 32-bit Windows, you can install it by clicking on the link labeled " 
MetaFrame Presentation Server Client for 32-bit Windows" on the citrix login page.
