What might your career goal be?  What seems to

interest you ?  If the answer is, "I don't have a clue,"

then it is time to explore.  If there is more definition to

your response, it still is time to explore.  The

exploration should be an ongoing process, for as you

change and your skills advance, your direction and

motivation might be altered.  Frequent evaluations

are important in this process, and this may be the

beginning of something that you will repeat several

times. Just remember; the first time may be the most

challenging.  People are often afraid to plan for the

future.  It is a real commitment.  The planning and

decision-making may be one of the most fulfilling
