Online Service Requests
Educational Technology is happy to introduce our new Online Service Request system. If this is your first time logging into the system please take a moment to first read the documentation which will guide you step by step thru the process.

Before submitting any request for service please first:
- Check all computer connections and restart your computer - many problems can be easily resolved just by taking this simple action.
- Check with the Computer Teacher/Specialist at your school to see if they can help you resolve the issue.

In order to best assist you please clearly:
- Identify the exact location of the computer/device in need of service. Whenever possible complete your service request from that same computer location.
- Describe the exact nature of the problem and any steps that have already been taken to resolve it.
