Mission Statement:Our team of Roxbury Public School nurses works collaboratively with students, faculty, and family members to promote a healthy school community through education and training, to ensure that all students are in good health, ready to learn, and are prepared to make healthy, lifelong choices.
We are pleased to provide our school community with a Nursing Health Services site that features links to our district's student health forms and procedures, as well as references to common questions and health issues.Please reach out to your school nurse with any questions or concerns, or to share important health information regarding your child.
The NJ Dept of Ed and the NJ Dept of Health have been working collaboratively to respond with information for school communities on the 2019 Novel (new) Coronavirus that was first identified last month in Wuhan, China.
The NJDOH has also established hotline (800-222-1222) to answer questions about COVID-19. Operated by the Poison Information and Education System, the 24-hour public hotline is staffed with trained healthcare professionals and can accommodate callers in multiple languages.
