Yoga for Youngsters (Grades K-6)

  • Three children in a yoga pose Are you ready to learn something new? We’ve got classes for varying skill levels and in different mediums. Yoga also helps with ADHD. All of our guests and students love coming to our classes and we get great reviews from current and past participants. Read below to learn more and to find a class that suits you!

    Yoga has many benefits for adults, but it's also very beneficial for kids! Today's kids deal with bullying, depression, anxiety, and so much more! Our yoga classes, taught by RTY-200 teachers, teach kids how to combat all of these issues through asana (poses) and meditation. Classes will incorporate fun exercises, games, and meditation.

She incorporates fun activities and meditation in each class. She lives in Randolph, NJ with her husband and three kids. 

    Students will need to bring either a yoga mat or bath towel. All other materials will be provided.

    The Roxbury Community School is self-sufficient and a course/program must pay for itself. If there are not enough registrants, the course/program will be cancelled. The Coordinator reserves the right to remove from class those individuals who have not paid tuition.

    There are no refunds for winter, spring, summer, or fall courses/camps AFTER the program starts. All cancellations must be received in writing to at least seven days prior to the start of the class for a refund. After that date, there will be no refunds.
