In order for FID to be a successful replacement for a typical school day, the following personnel is deemed essential because their role in the district is critical to one or more of the following: the orderly operations of the district, oversight for the delivery of instruction, maintenance and cleanliness of our facilities, and timely delivery of resources to parents/families.

WiFi NoticeAltice is enabling their wide area WiFi to be accessed at no charge by anyone with a WiFi enabled device within their coverage area. Students who do not have WiFi at home or who may have intermittent service can try to see if they can connect to the WiFi network with the SSID "optimumwifi". There is no username or password required.In addition, for households with K-12 and/or college students who may be displaced due to school closures and who do not currently have home internet access, Altice is offering our Altice Advantage 30 Mbps broadband solution for free for 60 days to any new customer household within our footprint. If interested, starting Monday, March 16, 2020, eligible households interested in this solution can call: 866-200-9522 to enroll in Optimum region.
As of 3/13/20, Comcast has announced that Xfinity hotspots across the country will be available to anyone who needs them for free – including non-Xfinity customers – for the next 60 days. Click here to learn more.
