16th Annual Roxbury Marching Band Classic
ROXBURY, NJ (September 23, 2026) – The 16th Annual Roxbury Marching Band Classic features eleven local and regional high school marching bands including performances by both of Roxbury High School's marching bands: The Marching Gaels and The Roxbury Sound.
This year’s Marching Gaels show, entitled Keepers of the Light, will continue to combine the elements of traditional marching and playing with electronics, dance, choreography and prop design as the story of an ancient order tasked with keeping the gathering darkness at bay comes to life on the field.
The event will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Roxbury High School, 1 Bryant Drive, Succasunna, NJ. Gates open at 3:30 p.m. with the competition running from 4:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Entry wristbands available at the gate for $15 general admission, $10 admission for those 65+ and/or students with ID, and FREE admission for children 4 years old and younger.
Vendor booths, baked goods, 50/50 raffle, concession stand, ample parking, and indoor restrooms are available throughout the event. Please come join us for an exciting evening of marching and music making!
