Welcome back to the 2025-2026 school year!  
 

**BACKPACK GIVEAWAY EVENT**  CCM is partnering with Table of Hope to host the annual Backpack Giveaway to help Morris County families gear up for the upcoming school year.  The event will take place on Friday, August 15, from 1-2:30 p.m. in Parking Lot 1 at CCM. Families must be Morris County residents and MUST pre-register at www.tableofhopenj.org/backpack-giveaway-registration.  To ensure a safe and smooth distribution process, participants must remain in their vehicles. Walk-ups are not permitted, and backpacks will be distributed to Morris County families in need on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

 
In order to streamline the back-to-school paperwork, we have automated most of the letters and forms on this site and on the Genesis parent portal.  It is very important that you read through the required documents below and complete the portions needed through the Genesis parent portal.  
 
School bus route information and class placement will be available through the Genesis parent portal beginning on Friday, August 15th, after approximately 3 pm.  Please note, that class placement information will not be available if you have not completed the acknowledgment of the required documents in Genesis.  Documents or forms that are necessary to open the class placement information are indicated as REQUIRED.  If you need assistance in accessing the Parent Portal, please call the Technology Department at 973-584-4047.
 
1.  Welcome Letter from Mrs. Lynch - REQUIRED.  Must be acknowledged through the Genesis parent portal, under DOCUMENTS.
 
2.  Code of Conduct - REQUIRED.  Must be acknowledged through the Genesis parent portal, under DOCUMENTS.
 
3.  Health, Family Life, and Sex Education Opt OutREQUIRED.  Must be acknowledged through the Genesis parent portal, under DOCUMENTS.
 
4.  Approved Snack Food ItemsREQUIRED.  Must be acknowledged through the Genesis parent portal, under DOCUMENTS.
 
5.  Breakfast After the Bell ProgramREQUIRED.  Must be acknowledged through the Genesis parent portal, under FORMS.
 
6.  Volunteer Guidelines - REQUIRED.  Must be acknowledged through the Genesis parent portal, under DOCUMENTS. 
 
7.  Health Information Questionnaire - REQUIRED.  Must be acknowledged through the Genesis parent portal, under FORMS. Questions related to Contact information, health conditions, medications, and insurance information. Genesis is used for emergency notifications. Please ensure that your information is correct. Parents will need to update emergency contacts in Genesis and sign off acknowledging the sharing of information with their emergency contacts if a situation occurs.  
 
8.  Acknowledgement Form for Technology-Parents (For All Grades) - REQUIRED.  Each student will have access to computers and network resources and have access to a Chromebook for use in school.  Must be acknowledged through the Genesis parent portal, under DOCUMENTS.  This form acknowledges the receipt of the following documents:
 
9.  District Media Consent Form - REQUIRED.  Must select Yes or No through the Genesis parent portal, under FORMS, to grant permission to acknowledge your child’s achievements, activities, and/or event participation, through media, websites, publicity, presentations and/or within school and/or district and community presentation venues. 
 
10.  Approved Apps and Websites Letter-  REQUIRED.  Must select Yes or No through the Genesis parent portal, under FORMS, to grant permission for your child to use the District's approved apps and websites. 
 
11.  Chromebook Insurance Letter(ENGLISH)  Chromebook Insurance Letter(SPANISH)  - Information on purchasing optional insurance on Chromebooks to cover damage to the devices. Online payment is available through your student's PaySchools Central account. Current students will receive invoices sent directly to their Guardian 1 email address. Payment is to be made by October 31st.  If insurance is waived or if insurance payment is not received by October 31st, you will be financially responsible for any accidental damage to the device or components of the device (e.g., cracked screen, broken keyboard, etc.)   
 
12.  Policy 5200, Attendance - Updated District Policy on Student Attendance. 
 
13.  Student Accident Claim Form(ENGLISH)   Student Accident Claim Form(SPANISH)- Information on purchasing student accident insurance through A-G Administrators LLC, Sports Insurance Specialists.  
 
 
15.  Welcome Letters from Maschio's Food Services - Informational letter explaining lunch policies and costs, as well as how to access menus and the PaySchools Central online payment system. 
 
16.  School Meals and Summer EBT ApplicationREQUIRED.  In Genesis Parent Portal under FORMS. Families must Apply or Decline Application
