Roxbury Flash-Fall-Cleanup-Mob!  

ROXBURY, NJ (November 7, 2019) – Several Roxbury students gathered together on Saturday, November 2nd to clean up a neighbor’s yard who looked like she needed some help. When they were done, the woman told them that her neighbor recently underwent quadruple bypass surgery and was unable to do his fall Nicholas Uccello at Cleanup cleanup. That’s all it took for the group to cross the street and clean up his yard as well!

What a great way to spread Roxbury kindness and help neighbors in need! 

Volunteers included:

  • Becca Corrado, 6th grader at LRS
  • Kimmie Corrado, 4th grader at Kennedy
  • Kyle Corrado, Sophomore at RHS
  • Victoria Phelan-Fonseca, 3rd grader at Kennedy
  • Alyna Pieklo, 3rd grader at Kennedy
  • Amanda Pieklo, 6th grader at LRS
  • Julianna Uccello, 6th grader at LRS
  • Nicholas Uccello, 2nd grader at Kennedy 

Julianna, Becca, Amanda, Kimmie, Alyna and Victoria are all part of the MARS Girl Scouts.
