The NJDOE Commissioner's Program and "Guidance for Determining (Self-assessment) Grades under the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act". ~ The Commissioner of Education is required by statute to develop a program to grade each public school and school district's efforts to implement the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act (ABR) (N.J.S.A. 18A:17-46). Each of our seven schools conducts a School Self-Assessment for Determining Grades under the ABR annually; and these assessments are then presented to the Roxbury Township Board of Education.  If you have any questions related to this process, please contact the Anti- Bullying Specialist in your school or Ms. Colleen Huguenin, the district Anti-Bullying Coordinator.

Each school in our district has an Anti-Bullying Specialist, who is the chair of the School Safety Team, leads the investigation of incidents of HIB, and acts as the primary school official responsible for preventing, identifying, and addressing incidents of HIB in the school:
