  • OPEN TO THE PUBLIC:  Heroin and Opiate Symposium

    The Roxbury Police Department, along with the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, will be hosting a symposium, on April 26th, where law enforcement officials will publicly discuss the opioid and heroin epidemic and how to stop it.

    The discussion will take place at Roxbury High School starting at 7 p.m. and will include a question-and-answer segment.

  • Support RHS Athletic Trainer Joe Koch

    Roxbury High School's Joe Koch has been nominated for the prestigious Newell National Athletic Trainer of the Year Award!  The award recognizes athletic trainers for the service and leadership they provide local athletic communities.
     
    Based on examples of service, leadership, and shared experiences from community members, The Newell Award National Athletic Trainer of the Year will be determined by The Newell Award National Committee and announced in May 2017.
     
    The winner of The Newell National Athletic Trainer of the Year Award will win $2,500 for their school and $10,000 as the National Award recipient.  Please help support Joe by voting on the link below.

    1.  Go to Jostens.com and enter Roxbury High School, select Cap & Gowns, fill out the online form and submit your payment online.  You will receive a receipt via email

    2.  Complete THIS form and return it to the main office along with the payment.  Please make checks payable to Jostens.

    Today is a B Day

    Project Graduation will hold a t-shirt design contest, which is open to all Seniors, the contest runs through May 9th and the winner will receive $50.  Please see the front display case, any of the art teachers, or Mrs. Caivano for rules and details.  

     

    Hats on for Autism Awareness!! The STEP Program is selling puzzle piece bracelets and wristbands for Autism Awareness. Bracelets are $1.00, wristbands are $2, both are being sold at the school store and by students. Buy one, and wear a hat for Hat Day on Friday, April 28. Proceeds will be going towards Autism Research, it's a good cause, so buy a bracelet and wear a hat!

     

    Attention all students attending the Junior Prom - 

     

    You must be in school for at least half a day, April 28th and attend a meeting with Mr. Swanson in the auditorium at 11:25 am.

     

    A written note must be submitted to the attendance office by Wednesday, April 26th...Leaving early for prom is NOT an EXCUSED absence

     

    The Environmental Club will have a nature trail clean up today and tomorrow. Meet after school in G161 if you want to help out!

     

    The NAHS Art club will meet Wednesday, afterschool in rm E141.  It is very important that you attend to receive your officilal membership acknowledgement and to plan for the end of year.

     

    The Spanish Club will be meeting next Tuesday, May 2nd, to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Meet us in the cafeteria after school for crafts, food, and fun!

    Welcome to Roxbury High School, Home of the Gaels. We're one of the top 100 public high schools in the state of New Jersey, having two nationally recognized programs in Performing Arts and impressive student athletic programs.

    Our high-quality educators contribute to an innovative academic environment for students, giving them the tools to succeed beyond graduation.
