    Today is a B Day

     

    The Spanish Club will be meeting on Tuesday, January 17th after school in the cafeteria. We will be announcing a potential club field trip for the spring, so we hope to see you there!"

     

    Exercise Recovery:  Help your body recover with these self-care strategies from pros.  1.  Eat well and hydrate.  Feeding your body nutrient dense foods like lean proteins and veggies and drink plenty of water. 2.  Use a Foam Roller, rolling out knots breaks them up so you can move better.  3.  Don't Stop moving Walk around, long walks help increase blood flow to muscles bringing oxygen to fix damaged tissues.  

     

    If you are looking for your coat, shoe’s, sweatshirt, sweatpants…. please take a look at lost and found in the main office and in the back of the cafeteria. All clothing will be donated on Friday so Social Services
