Biography - Mr. Koch
Joseph M. Koch L.A.T., A.T.C., M.S.Ed., CSCS has been the athletic trainer at Roxbury High School since 1997. He received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Rutgers University and NATABOC athletic trainer certification in 1993.
In 1995 he earned his master’s degree in education with a specialization in athletic training from Old Dominion University. In addition to being a certified athletic trainer he has also been a certificated strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA-CSCS) since 1996.
Since 2001, he has been a clinical instructor-preceptor for the Seton Hall University Graduate Athletic Training Program as well as being a member of their Advisory Board. In addition to his duties as the staff athletic trainer, Mr. Koch has been and continues to be the advisor of the Sports Medicine Club since 1997.
