• Listed below are two options for warm up drills which can reduce the incidence of ACL sprains.  Personally, I prefer to combine the "Prevent Injury and Enhance Performance Program" (PEP) with the addition of sport specific strength and conditioning exercises performed under the supervision of a trained professional.  Research has shown that this approach has the most success with reducing knee injuries, specifically the ACL.
