  • Roxbury Schools Named 2025 National District of Character

    Character.org, a national advocate and leader for character development in schools and communities, today announced that Roxbury Public Schools was named a 2025 National District of Character. Roxbury along with two other districts and 71 schools received this distinction.

  • Roxbury Receive National Recognition for Music Education Support

    Roxbury Township Public Schools has been honored with the Best Communities for Music Education designation from The NAMM Foundation for their outstanding support and commitment to music education. Now in its 26th year, the Best Communities for Music Education designation is awarded to districts that demonstrate outstanding achievement for providing music access and education to all students.

  • Roxbury Distinguished Alumni Award Nominations are Now Being Accepted

    Alumni, faculty, staff, students, or friends of Roxbury Schools may submit nominations for the 11th annual Distinguished Alumni Award. All interested in submitting a nomination may complete and return the nomination form by no later than April 15, 2025 for the upcoming selection year. Online submissions are preferred and can be located at http://www.roxbury.org/distinguishedalumni.

    Roxbury Opens Kindergarten Registration for 2025/2026

    Roxbury Township Public Schools, a K-12 school district preparing the children of today for tomorrow, has opened Kindergarten registration for the 2025/2026 school year. Children must be five years old on or before October 1, 2025 to participate.

  •  TREPS Marketplace Event Flyer

    Something for Everyone at Roxbury’s TREP$ Marketplace

    Roxbury elementary schools in Roxbury Township is excited to announce their fall TREP$ Marketplace on Wednesday, December 4th from 6:30-7:45 p.m. at Franklin Elementary School located at 8 Meeker Street in Succasunna. The TREP$ Marketplace is a unique flea-market style event in that all of the vendors are fourth-graders from Franklin, Jefferson, and Nixon Schools. Over the past six weeks, more than 35 students from these three schools have been participating in the award-winning TREP$ program (www.trepsed.com) where they have learned the basics of entrepreneurship.
